「CLOSED」Server Engineer – KL (Ref ID: 11681)

・ Onsite & Offsite project management for implementation work at requested time frame, including design, device configuration, vendor control and documentation.
・ Responsible for server high-level and detailed design, implementation, operations, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
・ Develop both high-level and detailed implementation and test plans for Windows technologies related to enterprises.
・ Develop documentation as it relates to project requirements and assist with or develop customers’ facing presentations of technology solutions.
・ Write assessment and design reports and present them to our customers.
・ Keep improve service quality as an engineering team.
・ Study new IT technology/create new solutions to provide better IT services.
・ Find suitable partners to provide better ICT services to the customer with competitiveness.
・ Keep good relationship with customers/Gather information for creating new projects.
・ Assist sales team and work together in pre-sales phase in case of needs.

・ Degree of Electronic System Engineering, or equivalent.
・ 5 years experience in IT field.
・ Have ability to set up the Windows AD server VMware or Linux server.
・ Have experience building servers using AWS or Azure.
・ Have ability to handle PC / Network / Server trouble shooting, basic IT related issues.
・ Possess IT related certification such as MCSE, VCP, AWS, Azure or equivalent experience
