Any person who wants to access the site and use the services that are provided must read carefully, agree with and accept all of the following terms and conditions. We may amend this Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our site. The amended terms shall automatically become effective after they are been posted on our site.
1. Services
1-1 The Service is intended for you to access the internet in order to use it. You have to undertake for your internet access fee and responsibility of using software, hardware and any method to access to internet when using our services.
1-2 Our website provides online recruitment services. This services include job-listing, job-search related services/ information and consultation that is provided by the Company.
1-3 The Company shall reserve the right to amend, add or terminate our service at any time.
1-4 The Company shall attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, the Company shall not warrant the product descriptions or services. In addition, the Company does not assume any responsibility or liability due to any damages of any kind arising from the use of any our service, or from any information and content. 2. Privacy
The Company shall not sell or rent your personal information (name, email address, address, phone numbers, and etc.) to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the “Privacy Policy”.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from, distribute or publicly display any content from our site without the prior expressed written permission of the Company.

G. Violate any applicable federal, state or local laws or regulations;
H. Assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities described above.
5-2 In the event that users violate the above, the Company may claim any compensation for damages from users.
6. Disclaimer
6-1 All posted information on the Company’s website shall be written carefully and attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant any accuracy, usefulness or relativeness of the content.
6-2 The Company shall reserve the right for the suspension or termination of service, revision, addition or deletion is made to any post or information without prior notice.
6-3 The Company shall not be liable for damage or any kind arising from using our service that included unauthorized access to data, sending or receiving mail and post content contains hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence; or graphic.

You shall be responsible for all loses or damages that the Company suffers (including our reasonable legal fees) that are caused by your breach of this Terms and Conditions.

All claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the services shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts we designated.
10. Special Case
10-1 Based on the terms and conditions, different factual situations and different legal jurisdictions may lead to different result.
10-2 When the situation where every service page’s terms and conditions is conflict with the terms and conditions above, terms and conditions stated in every single service page shall be prioritize.

マレーシアで働くならどのエリア?

日本人を対象とした求人が多いのは、日系企業が多い都市部が中心。求人数が多いのはだんとつでクアラルンプールとその近郊のセランゴール州です。
・クアラルンプール(首都):日本人の大部分はクアラルンプール在住。歴史ある日本人コミュニティがあり、発展した住みやすいエリア。求人数は多く、仕事を見つけやすい。
・セランゴール州:クアラルンプール近郊のエリア。工業団地に工場を構える日系製造業多数。求人数は多く、仕事は見つけやすいが、公共交通機関があまり発達しておらず車がないと不便。
・ペナン州:発展したペナン島の都市部が観光地として有名ですが、橋を渡った半島部には工業地帯が広がり日系企業も多数。移動には車が必須だが、程よく発展して住みやすいエリア。求人情報数はあまり多くない。
・ジョホールバル:マレー半島南端に位置するシンガポ―ルに最も近い町。日本人コミュニティあり。求人情報数は少ない。
・サバ州/サラワク州:ボルネオ島に位置し、製造業が多いエリア。求人情報数は少ないが、給与は高め。
