・ Lead the new APQP project to ensure PPAP document submission on time to the customer.
・ Manage all the artwork approval for packaging material.
・ Manage all the engineering change matters, including the trial run as V&V activities.
・ Lead in the QCC project as part of continuous improvement program.
・ Lead in the new supplier qualification and supplier audit.
・ Take lead in all the customer audit and Japan counterpart audit.
・ Drive and resolve all the supplier quality matters, including the 3rd party warehouse management.
・ Maintain the company QMS IATF16949 / ISO9001 certification and procedures.
・ Handle document control center.
・Degree in engineering or science.
・Min 5 years product engineering.
・Experience in QMS advantage
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
