「CLOSED」Quality Management Manager – KL (Ref ID: 11343)
・Reviewing the Project Quality plans and Inspection Test plans for company’s new project, renewal project according to QM policy in company’s Group and project specifications.
・To implement relevant policies, activities and procedures as required by the property development system & QMS.
・Effectively control the preparation, changes and distribution of Quality Management System’s* (QMS) documents and data that operates the system.
・Brief new staff on Company’s QMS* during Orientation and Induction Programme (OIP).
・To fulfill company’s contractual obligation to the JV / Turnkey company.
・To plan, manage, Monitor and control property development project from pre-development stage to post-development stage to meet the approved quality, cost and time standards.
・To set milestone on each stage of development from pre-development stage.
・To ensure projects are on time, within budgets, meet the quality requirement and comply with all the authority requirements including safety and health.
・To collaborate with the main contractor & Subcontractor to resolve any technical issue.
・Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company management
・Report periodically on defect findings, analysis, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
・Determine the process risk and opportunities, develop and implement the Risk Assessment Treatment Plan to address the issues.
・To ensure that all inspections and tests are carried out in as per Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and compliance to specifications and approved drawings.
・To monitor Renovation Project for new stores development and existing stores by tracking activity, resolving problems, and reporting.
・To research the market for construction cost (material, labour, others), environmental related trend such as SDG’s, QM policy for competitors.
・At least Diploma in Architectural, Interior Design, building construction with CGPA 3.0
・8 years & above experience in related field
・Familiar in ISO 9001:2015 QMS implementation and IQA experience
・Able to traveling
