「CLOSED」Mechanical Engineer – Kuantan (Ref ID: 11488)
・Prepare schedule, material resources and external contractors to perform preventative and predictive maintenance and during Plant Turnaround.
・Fully utilise the use of PDA (Personal Digital Assistant) during PM. Organize all the repair works based on the equipment and link them to ERP
・Continuously improve PM effectiveness through optimizing work, detail, frequency and parts required.
・Ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available for the planned maintenance.
・Implement best practices and introduce new materials of construction or solutions to improve mechanical integrity at the plant.
・To provide planning and troubleshooting assistance to maintenance team for daily jobs with defined timing, cost and quality based on UPC standard and compliance with local regulations and user defined requirement specifications with assurance on safety.
・Diploma & above in Mechanical or Mechatronics background
・1 year & above experience as Mechanical Engineer
・Able to communicate well in English & Mandarin
