「CLOSED」QC Patrol Supervisor – Port Klang (Ref ID: 11467)
・To comply with the related IMS.
・To assist superior in organizing daily activities & to attend related meetings instructed by Company.
・To supervise overall QC inspection activities.
・To relief QC Inspector job when required.
・To conduct training on QC methods and judgment inspections.
・To update data for QC SPC, Dismantle Motor, Monthly Report, AISA & NPPC.
・To assist in updating Calibration Records, PIS, DIS and Datasheet for both AMTV & ELMD.
・To attend Production Daily Meeting when there is a quality issue.
・To assist On Line Measurement System application.
・To check and ensure all QC Equipment in good condition.
・To ensure the latest documents in all QC drawing specification, datasheet and filling.
・To support analysis in quality issue.
・To prepare a selection request report if abnormalities found at the production area.
・To ensure all parts of supplies / products follow the specification according to requirement.
・To inform superior in the case product fail to meet requirement.
・To perform as the 5S PIC for QAQC and to maintain high standards of discipline, productivity, 5S, safety practices, etc.
・Minimum Diploma and above
・1 year experience in QC
・Able to use Measurement Equipment
