「CLOSED」IT/Automation Engineer – Kedah (Ref ID: 11021)

・Coordinates with IT Supervisor to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
・Provides IT support, training, and orientation for new technology users
・Offers troubleshooting, support, and repair when Machine, IT equipment and networks malfunction
・Installing and configuring Machine, Computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
・Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
・Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
・Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment also for Automation and robotics
・Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
・Setting up accounts for new users
・Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
・Testing new technology
・Possibly training junior staff
・Performs other work related duties as assigned.

・Degree in Automation/Mechatronic/Engineering/E&E/robotics
・Fresh graduate who are interested in to this position task

・Advanced PLC and Visual Basic Programming skill
・Able to troubleshoot component level and repair (Compulsory Requirement).
・troubleshooting and resolving software, hardware, network and other IT related issues.
・Added Advantage Skills: Network Cabling, Electronic Troubleshoot,
・Network (Wireless/Wired) Troubleshoot And Basic programming knowledge is preferred
・Experience in computer science or engineering
