「CLOSED」Logistic Executive – Penang (Ref ID: 11525)

・ Attending to customer inquiries, sales order management (processing, tracking, reporting), providing administrative support and coordination with store for delivery, inventory procurement and others
・ Managing selected carriers and third-party service providers to maximize service and minimize cost, consistent with customer and business requirements.
・ Ensure all logistics service providers operate within executed supplier agreements/contracts and in compliance with company standards, guidelines and objectives, as well as all applicable industry standards and governmental regulations.
・ Prepare reports, statistics and data analysis of all logistics claims, loss and damage or overcharge, as required.
・ Serve as liaison between store, production planning, customer service department to assure proper scheduling of all plant shipments to meet customer requirements
・ Make arrangements with carriers to pick up and deliver customer orders, as required for site; Report carrier and shipment status to customer service and other corporate entities as needed; Update shipping plan of a regular basis to maintain visibility of order.
・ Manage domestic and export logistics processes.
・ Manage all documents for Import and export shipment related
・ Supervise and control 3rd party service providers, to ensure containers arrive plants on time for loading.
・ Manage all documentation and submission of statutory requirement, Banking and Port clearance. (i.e. tax application, duty drawback, insurance, import approval, Port clearance & etc).
・ Perform invoice verification for Logistics vendors invoices.
・ Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring efficient and effective functioning of the work

・Diploma or above in Supply Chain or Logistic related
・2 years hands on experience from LMW manufacturing
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
