「CLOSED」Japanese Speaking QC/QA Manager – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 11540)
*1 month once half day Saturday
・Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.
・Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
・Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including:
・Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules
・Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs;
Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel.
・Developing and implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes, using API 580 and other similar programs to develop internal standard practices.
・Managing plant integrity through a failure analysis reporting system and following up on recommendations.
・Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.
・Coordinate with internal and external personnel to understand quality needs and provide support in timely and
effective manner to achieve quality objective.
・Continuously review on quality documents, procedures and confirmation on effectiveness of action taken.
・Ensure corrective action plans are initiated and monitored on all quality issues and progress.
・Assist in prepare quality documentation and reports such as 8D report, countermeasure report and etc.
・Monitor and analysis the record of defects and failure rates.
・Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent
・Min 5 years experience in QAQC Manager position at manufacturing company
・Japanese speaker (N2 level, speaking , email writing)
・ISO9001, ISO14001
・Hands on experience (such as trouble shooting, making products)
・Knowledge in QC tools and methodologies in QC/QA and good in analysis.(Such as 8D report/SPC=Statistical Process Control )
