「CLOSED」QA Assistant Engineer – Kedah (Ref ID: 11549)
・Planning controlling and evaluating test to ensure effectiveness and efficiency in the process.
・Co-ordination of development and improvement activities to enhance manufacturability such as scrap reduction process efficiency, yield, cycle time & down time improvements.
・Responsible for new sample making base on customer requirement
・Lead a team of technicians to develop and maintain the machine / equipment.
・Specified implementation of standards, methods, procedures for technicians to perform preventive maintenance and calibration on machine and equipment.
・Set up newly transferred machine and equipment for production ramp up.
・Troubleshooting problems in machine and equipment.
・Support audit and compilation report for Autonomous Maintenance Step 1, 2 and 3
・Implement process control systems and co-ordination process improvement projects.
・Coordinate evaluation to solve the problems and continuous improvements.
・Generate document process changes and improvement in Engineering Change Notice (ECN).
・Coordinating with supplier regarding part fabrication and modification.
・Diploma & above in Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or Chemical Engineering
・Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
