「CLOSED」QA Engineer – Klang (Ref ID: 11051)
Saturday Alternate 8:00am-1:00pm
・Analyse and investigate internal and external failure.
・Apply statistical tools for analysis and decision making.
・Assist project leader during new product development.
・Perform reliability test (eraser test, chamber test, etc).
・Perform MSA and GR & R for inspectors or operators.
・Evaluate 5M changes.
・Initiate quality improvement activity (QIT, FMEA).
・Conduct training for inspectors such as measurement/ equipment (smart scope, gauges).
・Perform process audit.
・Participate during design verification and validation.
・Involve in process improvement with production.
・Verification of CAR and limit sample.
・Support vendor during initial stage for new model.
・Liase with supplier for continuous improvement.
・Initiate cost down activity/ evaluation.
・Ensure all activities in QA Department follow accordingly with ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF16949 requirements
・Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
・Preferably Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
・Good analytical and problem solving skills
・Able to communicate well in English & Mandarin
・Experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF16949
