「CLOSED」Technical Pre-Sales Engineer – KL (Ref ID: 11626)
・Provide technical advice to clients for projects won by sales
・Share robotics knowledge with internal sales staff
・Hands-on installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of robotics-related equipment
・This position does not have KPI
・Coverage area is mostly KL/Selangor
・Possibility of business trip (Penang)
・If there is a problem after delivery, they may respond even on weekends (never happened in the past)
・There is a possibility of going out for drinks with clients.
・Regardless of education background, experience is most important
・Minimum 5 years’ experience in the robotics and automation industry, or equivalent relevant experience.
・Hands-on experience installing and integrating machines or robotics
・Knowledge in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Visual Components or other design and offline programming software is highly desirable.
・Experience with technical training and customer visits.
・Have own car
・Able to communicate well in English & Mandarin
