・Actively pursue growth and business expansion opportunities by developing new clients
・Attend to the needs of the customers – both business, and operations – to build and maintain high customer satisfaction.
・Managing and fully responsible for the smoothness and efficiency of day-to-day office and operation activities, which includes sales visitation, customer’s cargo pick-up, and delivery arrangement, communication and documentation, custom matter, etc.
・Communicate clearly the customers’ requirements (operations, billing, communications, etc) to the Operations and Customer Service underneath.
・Liaise with governmental bodies and counter-part to ensure operation in line with governed rules and regulations.
・Develop, maintain and implement the operational documents in meeting Office ISO standards.
・Steering, managing, and providing guidance to the direct reporting staff.
・Responsible for Office performance and P&L.

・Diploma/Degree in any related discipline
・Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in similar selling and management capacity (Seafreight).
・Proficient in oral and written English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
・Knowledge of MS Office and computer usage.
・Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
