・Acts as liaison among departments by translating procedures and manual documents.
・Ability to interpret technical conversation , quickly and accurately , in small and large meetings to and from Japanese to English
・Translaters simultaneously online, video and media for executives and managers.
・Refers to online translation tools for additional assistance with translation
・Follows up with employees to ensure satisfaction and understanding
・Translates a variety of documents including legal, research, technical, scientific and training materials
・Schedules and organizes activities for executives and managers
・Assists Japanese Coordinators with outside appointments and relocation requirements
・Participate in the Events Committee
・Able to troubleshoot office equipment and elevate issues as needed
・Oversees records for office supplier
・Diploma / Degree in Engineering related
・1 years working experience as engineer / technical translator
・JLPT N2 level and above or similar lever
