「CLOSED」Senior IT Executive – Penang (Ref ID: 11651)

・Analyse and recommend improvements of the overall operations and efficiencies of IT infrastructure (network,server, storage, backup, etc) to support current and meet future business requirements
・Maintain the infrastructure health by performing daily monitoring, patch updates, configuration review and　hardware replacement/upgrade when needed
・Liaise with vendors to ensure projects, services and tasks are implemented as per specifications and timely manner
・Assist in preparing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines on all IT-related matters.
・Assist in handling inventory of IT equipment and parts.
・Lead and motivate team members towards ensuring the smooth operation of the end user needs and system　availability.
・Provide on-site or remote support to users to resolve technical problems and needs

・ Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
・At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
・Strong experience in installing and configuring routers, switches, server, and other network devices.
・Experience in design, maintenance, and operation of medium to large sized networks
・Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation and procedures
・Basic knowledge programming language : .net or C or Java
