「CLOSED」Warehouse Operation Manager – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 11682)

・Overall in charge of logistics, distribution and warehouse management of the company
・To guide and ensure that the operations of the overall warehouse & logistics activities are in order and compliance to the procedures
・Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
・Responsible for all stock counts and variance reports to feedback to Management with constructive reaction/plan to reduce recurring variances.
・Responsible for daily smooth operations
・Responsible for safe, secure and full visibility of storage and movement of inventories
・Diploma & above in Logistic or Supply Chain related
・7 – 10 years’ warehouse or logistics experience
・Need to have an experience to manage a warehouse of about 200,000 square meters in size.
・Able to work OT
