・Coordination for sales staff
・Communicate with Sales PIC closely to capture client’s needs, and prepare necessary tools
・Communicate with Operation team to get quotation and guide them to proceed with all the arrangement
・Making of supporting documents and materials for Sales PIC such as proposal, flyer, presentation slides, invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, participation certificate and others
・Support sales PIC during events, presentation, seminars, exhibition and others
・Liaise with related suppliers and providers to inquire
・Do research to collect information and data for sales PIC
・Involve in event management, event and tour planning and tour leading
・Diploma holder
・Minimum 2 years in Sales support or Travel agency, hotel relevant industry experience
・High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malay
・High sense of attention to details
