「CLOSED」QA Executive – Seri Kembangan (Ref ID: 11783)

・Ensuring that processes of Quality Management System has been established and maintained,
・Reporting the performance of the Quality Management System including needs for improvement,
・Promoting awareness of ISO / customer requirements throughout the organization,
・Liaising with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System.
・Conducting and co-ordinate internal and external audits.
・Conduct follow up audits and checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure all action plan are completed.
・Conducting and co-ordinate the Management Review Meeting.
・Assign responsibilities and or set targets date for the following and co-ordinate the activities:
a) Updating of manual or procedures to reflect changes work practices or procedures.
b) Ensure corrective and or preventive actions are carried out accordingly.
c) Other items are carried out by respective personnel accordingly.
d) To record down the minutes, distribute copies of the minutes to the responsible personnel as appropriate.
e) Maintain record of Management Review Meeting as per Control of Quality Records Procedure.
・Conducting induction training to new joiners on ISO relevant matters.
・Any other job that may be assigned from time to time by the superior

・Degree in Engineering or equivalent
・1-3 years of relevant experience in any industry
・Must possess at least ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Course Certificate
・Able to handle internal audit independently
