「CLOSED」IT AM – Seri Kembangan (Ref ID: 11764)
・Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions. Ensures operations meet approved budget levels.
・Performs and/ oversee software and application development, installation, and upgrades.
・Coordinate with HQs/ other department to promoting introduction of new system and management information system to related department.
・Develop new system and enhance existing system.
・To give support to local user on Email & internet access facility.
・Obtaining an accurate and comprehensive inventory of software licenses and usage.
・Troubleshoot computer system problems and determine source and advise on appropriate action.
・Monitors and maintains network stability, including Lease line/ IP-VPN
・Take care of Server, CCTV system and PABX phone system
・Other duties or project as assigned by Top Management
・Provide on-demand help desk/ technical support to all level staff of company
・Responsible to manage Microsoft server 2016
・Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Software Engineering
・Minimum 5 years IT related experience
・Have knowledge in programming : VBA, PHP
・Familiar in Database : MySQL
・Able to work independently
