「CLOSED」Account Executive – Seri Kembangan (Ref ID: 11210)
・Responsible to check and input supplier’s purchase order and invoices, including forwarding invoices.
・Prepare payment vouchers, claims, data entry and payment distribution.
・Petty cash control.
・Responsible to check physical reject goods.
・Assist on physical inventories data check or input.
・Update online banking detail.
・Update Benefit in Kind (BIK).
・Key in requisition slip for local supplier.
・Responsible for fixed asset control (Autocount system).
・Maintain of proper accounting records and filling system.
・Perform clerical duties, record keeping and other ad-hoc administrative task.
・Perform any other task as required by immediate superior time to time.
・Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
・Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
・1 – 2 years working experience in related field
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
