・Managing employees and helping them in areas of improvement
・Managing the employees’ shifts and schedules
・Monitoring processes and improving them for efficiency
・Maintaining standards of quality and safety as set by management and global organizations
・Preparing the organization’s budget and making sure that they do not overspend
・Scheduling maintenance for equipment
・Analysis production data and preparing reports
・Troubleshooting problems in the production line
・Studying and recommending new machinery or equipment

・3 – 5 years experience as production controller or Industrial costing experience
・Experience of communicate with supplier
