「CLOSED」Payroll Specialist – Kuantan (Ref ID: 11840)

・Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime claims, payroll deductions, advance payment and others.
・Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll.
・Ensuring proper documentation of payroll documentation and safe keeping of employee personal files
・Reconciliation of payroll reports and generating payroll-related monthly report timely basis.
・Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
・Ensuring compliance by following policies and procedures.
・To register the new employee details into the system.
・Arrange on the On-boarding by arrange safety induction for new joiner including data entry into system by ensure all the forms is completely filling into personal file
・Processing the termination and resignation of workers.
・Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required.
・Leave/attendance Management by timely checking on daily attendance and report

・Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/ Business administration or equivalent.
・ Minimum with 1-2 years’ experiences in Payroll.

・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
