「CLOSED」Account Receivable Specialist – Kuantan (Ref ID: 11839)

・Able to handle Account Receivable/ General Ledger.
・Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents and related information.
・Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments.
・ Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
・Maintains accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
・Prepare customer statements, bills, and invoices, and reconcile balances to the general ledger
・Calculate and post receipts to appropriate general ledger accounts and verify details of transactions, such as funds received and total account balances
・Compile and sort documents, prepare and post invoices and credit and debit notes
・Prepare weekly AR reports for superior review
・Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time

・ Diploma/ Degree in accounting/ finance.
・ At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field
・ Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
