「CLOSED」QC Manager – Kuantan (Ref ID: 11768)

・Establishes the QC system by setting up the departmental standard operating procedures and organizational structure which he may review from time to time.
・Manages the inspection of raw materials.
・Special analyses work such as customer complaint, new products, process problem and sales/customers request.

・Cooperation with internal for any related matters.
・Ensure calibration & maintenance of inspection, test and measuring equipment.
・Manages laboratory accordance to laboratory manual.
・Overseas implementation of department ISO 9001/IATF 16949, SHE & EMS related activities.

・Involve in manpower planning and manages human resource for department that includes of training program.
・Issuance of monthly report to superior.
・Manages the inspection and testing work.
・Support on products quality issue & manages any product abnormalities.
・Prepares, manages &control the department annual budget.
・Involve in manpower and human resource planning and employee relation.
・Reporting timely to superior on all important issues.

・Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Science, Quality Management or equivalent.
・15 – 20 years of working experience in manufacturing environment
・5 – 10 years in Managerial roles

・Candidate must be from Polymer/Chemical industry
・Good knowledge, understanding and hands-on experience in Quality Management (QMS) System and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) System.
