「CLOSED」Senior HR Specialist / Manager – Kuantan (Ref ID: 11873)
・Responsible for the human resource functions of the Company by recruiting, selecting; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
・Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
・Ensure submission of payroll related documents on time, and attend to routine queries of employee related to payroll administration.
・Manage and handle full spectrum of Human Resource functions including manpower planning, recruitment & selection,talent acquisition, performance evaluation, employee relations & Discipline and salary administration.
・Work closely with department head/ production supervisor to enhance production performance that is productivity & quality.
・Play a role as strategic business partner in aligned the teams with company goals & growth.
・Formulate and implement HR policies & procedures from time to time.
・Dealing with relevant government bodies in relation to the labour matters.
・Manage the administration of work permit renewals for expatriates from Taiwan.
・ Diploma/ Degree in HR/ Business Management or relevant
・ Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
・ Willing to be hands-on with all HR processes.
・ Possesses conflict management and problem-solving skills.
・ Possesses sound knowledge of Malaysia Labour laws and Regulations, Industrial Laws and Regulations.
