「CLOSED」QA Engineer – Perai (Ref ID: 11882)

・Assist the HOD in running the Incoming /Outgoing / in process quality control function according to the His or Her area according to the QA Organization chart requirements.
・Conduct product and process evaluations and technical reporting to HOD on the His or Her area according to the QA organization chart requirements.
・Monitor and ensure the process parameter was follow by SPC and CPK data monitoring which is necessary.
・Monitor process performance and analysis daily defect data. In the appropriate manner she or he need to conduct analysis and report to HOD.
・Verify effectiveness of corrective action taken.
・Ensure all nonconforming cases and corrective actions are properly followed-up and closed.
・Assist in preparing of quality reports and monitoring of quality objectives.
・Supervising and training of IPQC/OQC/ IQC /technician & QA inspectors in technical knowledge.
・Prepare quality documentation for Non-conformance parts & range board.
・Implementing corrective and preventive actions.
・Verified inspection reports & records
・As Internal Audit Committee member to perform any QMS audit as per required by ISO 9001-2015.

・Degree in any Science or Engineering discipline with at least 1 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
・Diploma in any Science or Engineering discipline with at least 3 years in manufacturing environment, preferable in quality control.
