「CLOSED」Purchasing Executive – Johor (Ref ID: 11888)

・Spare parts, equipment and machinery sourcing for Maintenance and plant operation use, planning, price negotiation, purchase and inventory control.
・Execute purchasing task and support activity to ensure requirements are processed accurately and promptly.
・Prepare and review PO and PR in accordance with company policies and procedures in Limits of Authority.
・Research for potential vendors before proposing new vendor to management.
・Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers and end user to ensure that all items are delivered on time.
・Communicate with relative department on details requirement upon PR, release PO based on approved PR in SAP system.
・Complies monthly/weekly report of purchase, cost saving, supplier delivery performance, and report to direct superior.
・Coordinates with logistic department on delivery arrangement and custom exemption application requirements.
・Handlings and monitor claims to suppliers for defectives, shortage and missing parts.
・Verify supplier invoices against GRN, matched with PO issued, hand to Finance for account payable process and maintain a good records of purchased up to date for tracking purpose.
・Coordinate with Finance with issuance of CN/DN to suppliers if there is any stock return, shortage or defective.
・Assist to initiate and develop of department procedures and implement in the organization.
・Maintains proper documents control and filling system by daily 5S.
・Any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior or Management.

・ Diploma/ Degree in any
・ At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing background

・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
