「CLOSED」Shipping Coordinator – KL (Ref ID: 11922)
・Coordinate the export/import shipping schedule.
・Oversee the inventory reports (maintain stock of sales).
・Liaise with forwarders on the air and ocean cargo and inland transportation.
・Issue purchase orders, delivery orders, and shipping documents.
・Contact customers and suppliers.
・Well-versed in taxes, duty, and customs related to import & export tariff codes and try to minimize the expenditures involved.
・Updates the shipping schedule accordingly and arrange for the delivery schedule
・Conduct monthly stock checks in the absence of the Sales Coordinator.
・Diploma & above equivalent qualification in the related field.
・Minimum three (3) years of working experience the in related field.
・Some knowledge of shipping documentation.
・Know “Incoterms” well
・Specializing in Shipping work
・Understanding some customer regulations and forwarding terms.
・Able to supervise subordinates. (So far just 1 staff under this position)
・Able to work independently.
・Computer literate
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
