・Determines annual and profit plans by implementing strategies and analysing trends and results.
・Formulate and execute company’s strategic plan
・Set and achieve key performance targets for sales, cost, revenue and other measurements of operational performance.
・Manage & grow current key customers & business opportunitie:
・Develop & secure new customers for expansion of business services.
・Maintain good level of service satisfaction & relationship to the customers.
・To provide monthly reports & updates on customers’ forecast order quantities & business trends.
・To prepare comprehensive project logistics costings, business case study & recommendations for all new Customers’ and/or businesses for the Management’s approval
・Ensure & maintain profitable selling prices to Customers based on pricing structures approved by the Management.
・To provide weekly & monthly revenue tracking reports to the Management.
・Ensure timely collection of payment from Customers in accordance to set KPI.
・Ensure all Customers’ agreements are valid & approved by both parties prior to commencement of business & continuance of business for current Customers.
・Compile monthly reports on sales variance, set KPIs, aging debtors’ accounts, customer complaints, storage space utilization & truck utilization.
・Prepare annual revenue budget, department expenses budget & new annual sales strategies for the Management’s approval.
・To meet annual revenue & expenses budget approved by the Management.
・To monitor and provide quarterly report on logistics operations’ performance against Customers’ set KPI to ensure Customer satisfaction compliance.
・Perform other duties assigned by the Management and as shall be required.
・Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or Logistics or equivalent.
・Minimum 10 years’ working experience in Sales & Marketing. Preferably on logistics or FMCG sales environment.
・Manager experience for min 4-5 years
・Computer literate & MS Office competent
