・Oversee Finance and MIS operations
・Coordinate monthly financial closing
・Prepare monthly management Reports to regional office
・Coordinate the monthly inventory taking and preparation schedule
・Calculate the VA cost to MIS for computation
・Prepared deferred tax calculation and tax provision
・Prepare and propose monthly cash flow forecast to decide the bank borrowing based on cash requirements
・Prepare Budget
・Liaise with PWC Tax consultant for the Tax Computation for submission to Inland Revenue Board
・Liase with PWC auditor and Coordinate yearly statutory financial Audit
・Liaise with PWC transfer pricing for transfer pricing audit
・Assess company currency to determine the functional currency used as required by PWC
・Liaise with Tricor (Secretary Firm) for the director resolution and other secretarial matters
・Other internal management report :
– MBO Cost Variance – Actual vs Budget / KPI
– Update the actual and forecast in Budget report
・Bank online payment transaction approval
・Calculation of monthly currency exchange rate and email out to concern person
・Check the latest assets value (company & customer assets) to determine the sum issued coverage amounts
・Review the expatriate personal income tax calculation & form BE prepared by HR
・Prepare and share to user on production expenses budget vs actual monthly
・Report to Managing Director
・Coordinate for Actuarial Report

・Diploma above in account or finance related

・5 years experience in manufacturing environment
・Must have knowledge handling full set accounts
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
