「CLOSED」Inventory Marketing Officer – Klang (Ref ID: 12026)
Alternate Saturday 8am - 1pm
・Minimise the death stock and the cut of discontinued model, feedback to customer on the stock before discontinued.
・Invoice checking.
・Coordinate the delivery schedule from internal to customer to prevent the customer line stop.
・Follow up and check the stock available when customers give additional orders out of the forecast or lead time given.
・Conduct the meeting when facing delivery problems and additional orders from customers.
・Prepare the customer daily forecast/3-month forecast/ Monthly delivery plan.
・Update the daily delivery schedule and email to all departments.
・Prepare the daily delivery list to all department., Weekly delivery schedule cut off., Month-end delivery report.
・Chase parts with production members, check customer PO, reply to the shortage list, and delivery instructions to customer.
・Other – Visit customer place when required. Prepare 3 months customer sales plan and material usage plan.
・ Degree/ Diploma in any relevant study field and
・ 1-3 years of working experience in related field
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
