「CLOSED」QA Engineer – Semenyih (Ref ID: 12043)

・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and establish quality control procedures and guidelines for plastic packaging manufacturing processes.
・Conduct thorough inspections and tests throughout the production process, including incoming raw materials, in-process inspections, and final product evaluations.
・Identify and document quality issues, non-conformities, and deviations from established standards.
・Work with the production team to address and resolve these issues promptly.
・Monitor key quality metrics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve product quality and process efficiency.
・Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to determine the underlying causes of quality issues and develop effective preventive measures.
・Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
・Collaborate with the engineering team to conduct validation and qualification activities for equipment, processes, and new product introductions.
・Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by suggesting and implementing quality enhancement initiatives, such as process optimization, automation, or the introduction of new testing methodologies.
・Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to plastic packaging manufacturing. Apply this knowledge to improve quality assurance processes and keep the company informed and compliant.
・Participate in customer audits, certifications, and external inspections to demonstrate compliance with quality requirements and provide necessary documentation and support.

・Degree in engineering, quality assurance, or a related field. Relevant certifications would be a plus.
・At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic packaging QAQC
・Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within the plastic packaging manufacturing industry.
