「CLOSED」Sales Manager – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12073)
・ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers via regular visits.
・ Monitoring dealer demand and sales forecast , planning the pricing and understand.
・ Negotiate /close deals for the project basic enquiry.
・ Sales presentations, providing technical clarifications, preparing quotations, sales follow-up and after sales service.
・ Plan and execute sales plan to meet sales budget.
・ Conduct market research to identify potential new product and evaluate customer needs.
・ Report regularly about the market information and prepare marketing plan and strategy.
・ Preparing daily report through CRM system.
・ Communicate effectively with people at different level.
・ Set up meetings with potential clients and provide material handling solution.
・ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
・ Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
・ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
・ Assists General Manager review and summary sales data and reports to management for the current sales situation.
・ Must be able to travel outstation when needed.
・ Shall follow-up the customers’ complain and monitor the customers’ voice on the regular basis.
・ Monitoring the stock level to ensure delivery to customer on time.
・ Shall carry out the delivery scheduling and negotiate the delivery schedule with the customers and the trading firms.
・ Maintaining and improving pallet tracking system by liaise with system supplier according customer need.
・ Shall prepare the sales contract to customers if necessary.
・ Any other relevant responsibility assigned by the superior.
・ Monitor customers’ payment closely and report immediate if there is payment delay or insufficient.
・ Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
・ Minimum of 8 – 10 years in sales experience (Manufacturing/Chemical/Plastics/Logistics/Warehouse/F&B)
・ Must be energetic and outgoing.
・ Good communication skill.
・ Managerial role (AM/M) for 1-2 years/ Senior Executive with supervising experience
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
