「CLOSED」JS R&D Executive – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12075)

・ Develop new furniture products from concept to production, including prototype development and testing
・ Analyze and improve existing furniture products to enhance their quality and cost-effectiveness
・ Work with production team to identify and resolve technical issues during production, including troubleshooting and identifying root cause of issues
・ Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as product specifications and assembly instruction
・ Conduct testing and analysis to ensure product performance meets company standards, including material testing and product safety testing
・ Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers and customers to identify and implement new product ideas and improvements
・ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in furniture technology, including researching and evaluating new materials and manufacturing processes
・ Manage project timelines and deliverables, including coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

・ Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design or related field
・ Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D or technical executive（Process engineer）
・ Proficiently speaking in Japanese & English (both written and spoken)
・ Proficient in AutoCAD software
・ Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials
・ Must have hands-on knowledge and experience in Testing / Product
・ Willing to work overtime if needed
