「CLOSED」Production Engineer – Prai (Ref ID: 12106)
・To set-up all smt equipment as per production’s running model .
・Quality yield Improvement, root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
・Responsive on the machine downtime, backlog, quality issue & other necessary according to the SMT line.
・Responsible machine repairing and document record down time.
・Continue improve material lost and scrap reduction.
・To perform and support for respected line Preventive Maintenance activity.
・Perform area and equipment maintenance and clean-up as required (5S +3T).
・Prepare validation document for the SMT equipment. SMT equipment spare part management.
・To setup new model printer, glue dispenser, placer machine and other assembly equipment
・To support, develop and provide training on all aspects of SMT equipment machinery
・Involve in kaizen activity to improve production efficiency.
・May perform equipment modifications as any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
・Involve in kaizen activity to improve production efficiency.
・Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
・2 above years of working experiences in SMT Production is required for this position.
