・Set the sales target and strategy based on the market research, members opinion and analysis on competitor and market
・Approach and coordinate sales member for their target
・Build and maintain with new / existing customer to acquire new business opportunity and market information.
・Assist and support for sales member with proposal, technical, tender document and Cost check, quotation, and commercial conditions.
・Attend and participate in meeting such as negotiation, presentation and claim etc
・Not only sales department but also coordinate and cooperate with Engineering, Project, After-service, Finance/Accounting properly and closely Being polite and respectful to other member and try to improve the work environment
・Understand and arrange each member’s work conditions and work loads
・To achieve sales target, build strategy and execute the plan
・Execute sales process as one of sale member
・Update Sales Report and Forecast
・Administer Clients Accounts, Data and Records
・Coordinate Sales Projects
・Follow up on Payment and credit from Clients
・Achieve Annual Sales and collective Targets set by Management
・Visit clients more in JB and Penang

・Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
・5 years work Experience of Systems / Solution / Project with related industry as sales engineer
・Must be able to operate Auto CAD
・Strong Oral and written communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia
・Good at developing new clients
・Sales or consulting experience in Similar Industry (Conveyer company, Factory Automation related Company, Robotics Company etc)
