「CLOSED」Purchasing Executive – Port Klang (Ref ID: 12131)
・Responsible for all purchase requisition, receive and request for quotation and place
order with suppliers
・Follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods
・Source suppliers and maintain listing in order to obtain best prices timely supplies prompt services.
・Liaise with Sales and Plainning personnel regarding stocks requirements
・Monitoring stock and prepare inventory reports
・Prepare monthly reports
・Conducts supplier analysis and assessments to ensure there is continuance and sustainability of suppliers to meet business needs.
・Analyses and proposes improvements with procurment and related departments such as QC production and warehouse with the goal of improving the overall planning and purchasing activities within the organization.
・Handle all administration matters
・At least diploma in supply chain and admin related
・Minimum 3 year experience in purchasing at manufacturing industry
・Good in negotiation skills
