Contract Administration Executive – KL (Ref ID: 12129)
・Prepare and review lease/HP agreement (legal document) based on the transaction detail provided by the marketing team. Make sure all the documents are duly signed and executed, and all the conditions are fulfilled prior to requesting for disbursement.
・Enter and make sure accurate transaction information is updated in the system.
・Prepare insurance quotes and necessary document to customers.
・Follow up on necessary documents, such as vehicle registration, insurance certificate, etc for lease/HP transaction.
・Filing documents (legal document, customer documents) appropriately.
・Prepare various administrative reports as instructed by the management.
・Other responsibilities provided by the management and other team from time to time.
・Degree holder
・At least 2-3 year years working experience in administrative area, sales support(documentation tasks)
・Basic knowledge of word and excel, and power point
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
