「CLOSED」Production Planning Executive – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12298)

・Manage production scheduling activities for unit and component section including drafting and implement production planning establish estimations and internal client’s expectation on sequence and lead time order and understanding sales order requirement as well executing planned orders.
・Possess leadership role in producing reports for production schedules, inventory management and work order planning.
・Able to proactive participate troubleshooting surprise incidents such as delay and manufacturing breakdown, monitoring output as planned and increasing quantity and quality of finished goods.
・Communicate regularly with internal planning team, unit assembly, components, procurement, warehouse, and shipping teams for any issue to ensure on time delivery to customers.
・To support production, good delivery, production quality, work in progress (WIP) and finished good control.
・To involve as internal auditor to perform audits tasks and corrective actions.
・To execute any other duties assigned by the superior.

・Degree holder in any major(Candidate with experience more than 4 years with diploma can be considered as well)
・Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in manufacturing industry.
・Knowledge of materials practices, systems, and inventory control techniques.
・Related working experience in manufacturing environment particularly in production planning, inventory management and control
・Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point
