「CLOSED」JS/NJS Facility Senior Engineer – Prai (Ref ID: 12400)

・Managing cleanliness, housekeeping and 5S activities in Air Compressor Room, Electrical Room (HT and LT Substation), Engineering Store, Boiling Room, and Cooling Area.
・Overall Plant facilities operation and maintenance monitoring
・Setting operation parameter for Utilities equipment.
・Coordination and execution of preventive maintenance activities of Utilities equipment.
・Coordination and execution of unplanned downtime recovery activities of Utilities equipment.
・Review and update Utilities equipment and budget yearly.
・Completion of electrical containment and preventive maintenance action plan as per assigned.
・Support Facilities unplanned downtime during normal shift.
・Planning resources and execution of Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown maintenance schedule and plan activities including cleaning, inspection and lubrication for all equipment, instruments, facilities and building infrastructure related to Facilities and Utilities.
・Ensure legal compliance DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and local council.
・Coordinate staff training and hand-over for new facilities equipment introduction.
・Complies to SHE rules and regulations.
・Complies with environment, security, health, and safety requirements.
・Complete division weekly and monthly report.
・Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior from time to time.
・Report to Engineering Manager

・Degree holder in Electrical/ electronic/ mechanical/ mechatronic
・3-5 years working experience in Manufacturing field
・Knowledge in machine control system
・Knowledge in PLC , Servo motor etc
・Experience in industrial machine set up, commissioning, service and maintenance
・Familiar in clean room working environment
