「CLOSED」Production Maintenance AM/ Manager – Shah Alam(Ref ID: 12414)

・Supervise and lead all maintenance operations by scheduling, prioritizing, and assigning work orders and proactive maintenance tasks.
・Manage resources in the maintenance operations.
・Establish, implement, and maintain maintenance procedures.
・Perform inspections and oversight of maintenance work to ensure quality.
・Maintain all machineries to ensure the operation ability is at the working standards.
・Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Promote cost reduction through Mean Time Before Failure (M.T.B.R) and Mean Time to Repair (M.T.T.R) improvement and others.
・Establish and maintain business plan for maintenance operations.
・Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining equipment reliability.
・Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
・Set Performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members, includes supervise and mentor maintenance technicians.

・Diploma in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
・At least 10 years working experience in managing or supervising machine maintenance operations.
・Possess good organizational skills for managing tasks, coordinating resources to ensure smooth operation in production floor.
・The ability to think analytically to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
・Effective verbal and written communication to convey information and collaborate with teams and interact with production line.
・Knowledge of facility maintenance and equipment upkeep especially in preventive maintenance activity.
・Understanding financial principle, budgeting, and forecasting skills for managing resources efficiently and making informed decisions to achieve financial targets.
