「CLOSED」Restaurant Store Supervisor – KL (Ref ID: 12459)
Friday - Saturday 11am - 11pm
*6 working days per week with 1 off day
・Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations to achieve the sales target set by the company.
・Train, supervise, and support staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency.
・Manage inventory by ordering supplies and controlling stock levels.
・Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
・Handle customer inquiries, resolving issues or complaints professionally.
・Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and improvement.
・Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the izakaya (Japanese bar serving alcohol and foods).
・Foster a positive and collaborative work environment among staff members.
・ SPM holder and above
・ At least 2-3 years experience in hotel management, F&B branch supervisor, customer service
・ Good at customer service and up-selling
・ Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
・There might be a chance that has to work at other outlets.
