「CLOSED」Project Manager – KL (Ref ID: 12460)
• Handling market research fieldwork on a project basis.
• Managing the deliverables and cost of each project for maximum efficiency.
• Analysing and explaining the cause-and-effect of notable incidents to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Managing resources including external vendors to optimise project deliveries.
• Meeting delivery deadlines set by the clients for each project.
• Your day-to-day tasks may include (but are not limited to): testing online survey links, sampling, setting up and monitoring reports to evaluate key project metrics, ensuring quality measures are followed, and regularly updating clients on the progress.
• Diploma above
• Possess at least 3 years of experience in project management and/or inbound sales.
• Intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel
• Business level of English and Mandarin.
