・Produce bread, pastries, and other baked goods following recipes.
・Manage various stages of baking process including sourcing, measuring, mixing, fermenting, shaping, baking, and cooling.
・Constantly check the quality of products to maintain consistent taste and appearance.
・Adhere to hygiene standards and food safety regulations, keeping the work environment clean.
・Manage inventory and order materials and equipment as needed.
・Participate in the development of new products and improvement of existing ones.
・nvolve in the packaging and labelling of products.
・Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow.
・SPM & above
・Min 1 year of experience in baking bread
・Basic English level
・Able to work as shift (including Weekends, holidays)
