・To be part of the Info ERP implementations team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and reporting structure.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants to gather and analyse business requirements for ERP.
・Work with users through all phases of ERP implementation and ensure all issues are well tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
・Collaborate with cross functional users and consultants in data migration activities during ERP implementations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
・Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
・Develop and document detailed business process models, workflows as well as user manual.
・Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities for streamlining and efficiency improvement.
・Provide ongoing applications and other related IT support including IT hardware/connectivity to users, addressing inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
・Collaborate with vendors to address system bugs, issues, and performance optimization.

・Degree in information technology, or a related field.
・Around 5 years of experience in migrating ERP systems (any ERP system)
・Experienced in any ERP implementations with minimum of one implementation cycle.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
