「CLOSED」Project Engineer – Shah Alam (Ref ID: 12502)

・ To prepare documents for project submission.
・ Submit progress reports, daily activity reports, checklists and material delivery orders
・ Prepare scheduled and necessary updates of construction activities and analysis of manpower and equipment required.
・ Maintain budgetary, scheduling and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager.
・ To supervise and coordinate project work and team workers
・ Attend site meetings, follow up and solve project issues.
・ Conduct on-site inspections with the client/supervisory consultant.
・ Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications
・ Set up HVAC systems.
・ Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on HVAC/Chiller systems.
・ Keep records of customer appointments and payment transactions including invoices.
・ Manage accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC/Chiller resources.
・ Experienced in hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.

・ SPM & above
・ Minimum 2 years working experience in HVAC/Chiller industry.
・ MS Office and design software (AutoCAD).
・ Proven experience in HV/AC/Chiller/Maintenance.
・ Willing to work overtime, travel domestic and overseas.
・ Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
・ Possess Malaysian driving license B2 or D.
