「CLOSED」IT Executive – Port Klang (Ref ID: 12532)

・Installing new software and hardware components.
・Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
・Assisting with network administration tasks.
・To assist in testing, repairing, servicing and maintaining company product
・Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
・Maintenance of Wireless network
・Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software. Diagnosing software and hardware problem
・Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
・Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
・Analysis of technical issues and support existing application
・To assist and perform product electronics design covering the whole project life cycle, including requirements analysis, prototyping, trouble shooting, improvements, verification/validation testing and assembly of circuits
・Generating sign ins for new hires during the on boarding process
・Updating employees on the status of their service requests
・Managing licenses and ensure all licensed software is properly managed and deployed in a timely manner. Ensuring continuity plans should a disaster happen
・Evaluate and recommend technologies to improve productivity and security
・Familiar with TCP/IP network i.e., VLAN and routing
・Familiar with simple firewall configuration i.e., SSL VPN and policy deployment
・Web management knowledge
・With SharePoint knowledge will add advantage
・Any relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned.

・ Professional Certificate & above in computer science/ information technology or equivalent
・ 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
・ Executive level specialize in IT/Computer Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
・ Related experience and knowledge of networking and troubleshooting internet is preferred
・ Knowledge of LAN hardware and software management
・ Experience in PC troubleshooting, firewall and etc
・ Aggressive, self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision
・ Candidate must be willing to travel to site offices for IT matters
