「CLOSED」Senior QC Engineer – Perai (Ref ID: 12829)

・As replacement person during busy time and absence of manager for in process QC
・In process abnormality judgement and support
・Maintain the in-process inspection spec and make judgment.
・Maintain the incoming material spec and make judgement.
・Follow up closure of Quality Defect Report (QDR) for in process abnormality and customer claim/complaint.
・Conduct QC Patrol periodically, prepare reports and follow up the AR closure.
・Manage the Defect Sample and Defect Limit Sample
・Lead Kaizen activity for QC team.
・Ensure the company is always compliance with ISO9001 latest requirement.
・Ensure all QC team is always following safety and health requirements.
・Quality weekly report
・Quality monthly report
・Work closely with PE team for inline process improvement.
・In charge of the customer audit at production.
・Keeps all work areas neat and orderly, practice good housekeeping.

・ Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Machinery/ Mechanical /Mechatronics or equivalent
・ At least 3 years of working experience in related field especially for plastic film is an added advantage
・ Excellent interpersonal skills, presentations and leadership skills.
・ Have experience in manufacturing field
