「CLOSED」JS Procurement Specialist – PJ (Ref ID: 12612)
・Develop order policy for APAC & India together with Centralized Contract Center and other related organizations by collecting requirements/demand from R&D / factories and proposals / quotations from suppliers in Asia + India and reviewing global information from others.
・Analyze total delivery costs in detail.
・Negotiate with suppliers or collaborate with responsible negotiation organization for optimal QCD.
・Propose alternative supplier which meets QCD requirements or propose alternative
material based on benchmark study,
・Review with R&D and factories for joint direction,
・Negotiate with suppliers or collaborate with responsible negotiation organization for optimal QCD
a) Common tasks:
・Learn Compnay’s Contract scheme and organization.
・Understand Company’s R&D and factory requirements/demand.
・Communication / Customer satisfaction: Listen to factory key players’ voice and/or review data to find opportunities for improvement, set mutual agreeable targets and accomplish them.
・Achieve team’s KPI’s for cost down (CD/ VE) annual target.
・Prepare various management reports.
・Diploma / Degree holder in any study field
・Minimum 4-5 year working experience
・Basic skill for import/export
・Able to communicate well in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), Mandarin & English
