「CLOSED」Service Engineer – PJ (Ref ID: 12616)
・Responsible for customer service after the sale by Sales.
・Performs general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electron microscopes.
・Performs initial installation of products when they are purchased.
・Visit customers to check status and troubleshoot problems
・Conduct product training, demonstration and technical advice to customers.
・Possible to go to Singapore during training (only once every 3-4 years)
・The coverage area is all over Malaysia (mainly Penang area)
・Most clients are Japanese companies (University, semiconductor company related)
・There are no opportunity to drink alcohol with clients
・Visit clients about 4 days in a week
・During Office day, they reply emails, prepare PO etc
・Diploma & above in E & E/ Mechatronics or related field
・Be able to read electric circuit
・Able to work in Penang in the future (first 2-3 years in KL, after that Penang base)
・Be able to travel very frequently
・Posses own car
・Too aggressive cdd is not suitable for this company (Most staff are likely to get skills for spending long time)
・Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
